There are two types of regular meetings - Zone and Committee. Zone Meetings are held every three months - on the Second Wednesday of MARCH, JUNE, SEPTEMBER & DECEMBER at 7.30pm at the Royal Volunteer Coastal Patrol base at Point Clare. All members are encouraged to attend Zone meetings where there will usually be a guest speaker. New business is not encouraged at these meetings unless it is urgent and vital. Committee Meetings are held one month before the Zone Meetings - usually at the Woy Woy Bowling Club. Issues for resolution are only passed to the Zone Committee by the Sector Coordinator after attempts at sector level have not been totally successful. However, the collective knowledge in the Zone Committee will often allow the best solutions to be found.
